Challenge
OptiFibre is a dietary supplement designed to promote intestinal balance. Initially used mainly in hospitals and social medical institutions, the brand suffered from a lack of communication to the general public. Additionally, its image as a medical product created a psychological barrier for consumers, limiting its appeal and making it difficult to normalize digestive issues. The challenge was therefore to reposition the brand, destigmatize the topic, and broaden the target audience beyond the medical field.
